Increase compensation to staff

  1. Increase direct support professional (DSP) base wages by 10%
  2. Decrease overtime costs to 50% of FYE ’14 level.
  3. Decrease turnover %-age to 40%; track data on employee exits.

  1. Continue to develop staff & consumer health initiatives.
  2. Expand wellness series to Washington County.
